A block of sessions is perfect if you're ready to go deeper and explore multiple limiting beliefs or more complex patterns that may need time and space to unravel. With ongoing support and consistent guidance, this option allows us to build on each session, uncover deeper layers, and support integration at a steady, sustainable pace.
As with all sessions, you’ll also receive 15-minute follow-up calls to help track your progress and stay supported between sessions.
