I offer one-on-one Belief Coding Cognitive Rewiring® sessions, available both via Zoom and in person within the Sussex area. All sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and goals. It provides a focused approach to quickly identify and shift the core belief behind the issue, offering immediate relief and helping you move forward with more confidence and freedom. This also includes three 15-minute follow-up calls to track your progress and provide ongoing support.

It’s ideal for addressing multiple limiting beliefs or complex issues over time, with extended guidance and ongoing support throughout the process.
